#keto #ketodiet #cleanketo #ketocoach My “no thanks” game has gotten pretty strong when it comes to offered up sweet treats and salty snacks. 🙅‍♀️ Although, I’ve noticed that it’s often met with an “Oh, you’re on a diet— and why are YOU dieting?” I’m not sure exactly why, but this question really puts me on the defense. I’m not dieting folks (not that I couldn’t use to shed some extra fluff), but I believe, if you’re going for overall longevity and vibrancy— for optimal performance and ultimate potential— a diet’s just not going to cut it. The key to sustainable weight loss and lifelong results lies in your lifestyle.

I’m currently having one. 🤷‍♀️
I slept in. Skipped my workout. Put on some sweats. Ate some cookies🤦‍♀️(Girl Scouts win again). Sat on the couch and wondered how much effort it would take to drag my couch outdoors, so I could bask in the glorious sun while being a big fat slob (sorry to rub it in my mid-west friends, but it’s currently 73 degrees here in Southwest Florida). So instead of wasting the day consumed by guilt for not doing ALL the things (except for eating the entire box of Tagalongs) I’m choosing to give my body what it wants— rest and relaxation— that is, after I drag my couch onto the lanai.

EAT EMPOWERED. LIVE EMPOWERED.
