Papaya sunrise

Quick and easy morning fuel!
Here’s how:
1/2 organic papaya, seeded
*Be conscious of selecting a non-GMO variety, especially within Hawaii, GMO’s have become epidemic within the papaya community.
Fill gutted papaya with plain greek yogurt (I prefer 0%)
Sprinkle yogurt with hemp seed, bee pollen, and unadulterated granola
*unadulterated meaning no additives such as sugar, GMO’s, or trans fat containing oils
Top with your favorite seasonal fruit (I’ve chosen organic white nectarines)

This will serve as an excellent pre or post workout meal!
