This is a twist on Mark Sisson’s, Keto-Friendly Chocolate Protein Smoothie recipe. I’m not a big fan of drinking my calories, but if you are— this smoothie should absolutely be in your arsenal. Plus, the high quality mix of collagen and protein makes this excellent post-workout fuel.
Chocolate Keto Collagen Smoothie
Yield: 1 cup // Prep time: 5 min
- 1 packet Primal Kitchen Chocolate Coconut Collagen Fuel
- 2 tsp chia seed
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- Dash vanilla
- Dash Himalayan sea salt (optional)
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter (optional)
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend on high until nice and smooth.
