Sprouted Sandwich



  • 2 slices sprouted Ezekiel bread
  • 2 slices heirloom or beefsteak tomato
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • Thinly sliced cucumber
  • Handful alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 cup chicken
  • 1/2 TBL Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 TBL Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo

  2. Spread with Dijon and Mayo.
