7-grain sprouted bread
Wild-caught smoked salmon
Your choice nutrient dense bread (I’ve chosen Ezekiel, though pumpernickel would be delicious as well)
Fresh roma tomatoes or pico de gallo
Fried egg, organic whole milk goat cheese (for the veggies) raw cashew cheese (for the vegans)
Fresh pea shoots, alfalfa or sunflower sprouts
Himalayan sea salt
Toast the bread. Spread avocado. Layer with tomato and smoked salmon. Top with sprouts and capers. Enjoy my friends!
