This is the EASIEST! And at 8g of sugar you’re well within range of your daily count for your break-up with sugar!
- 1/2 cup almond milk (homemade best)
- 2/3 can whole fat, organic coconut milk
- 4 TBL chia seeds
- Drizzle local honey (optional)
- Sprinkle fresh berries (optional)
- Sprinkle slivered almonds (optional)
- Pour all ingredients into a mason jar.
- Shake vigorously.
- Place in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Option to top with honey, berries, and slivered almonds. Killer!
