Homemade Almond Mylk



1 cup unadulterated almonds (soaked in water overnight)
2 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 TBL organic maple syrup or agave nectar *optional
1 tsp pure vanilla extract (avoid imitation, it’s garbage)
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
3 cups filtered water

Here’s How:

Blend ingredients thoroughly. Pour contents into nutbag. Squeeze the shit out of it. 🙂 Enjoy my friends!

Once you’ve mastered almond milk (one shot should do it) you can begin experimenting with variations. Check out Turmeric Almond Mylk + Aloha Almond Mylk for inspiration!
