Ingredients:
2 cups homemade almond milk
1 Tablespoon local honey *optional
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch fresh grated ginger

Best served hot, at bedtime.
