I woke up this morning with a raging desire to consume SUGAR!  Sparked by creativity, I decided to indulge my desires!

It works just as well to purchase frozen berries, simply be mindful of hidden sugar (be sure to purchase packaged fruit reading: “no added sugar”).  I also recommend buying bananas in bulk.  When ripe, peel, cut in half & freeze so they’re smoothie ready when you are!
