Diet directly affects our body’s taste & smell.  Certain foods invariably account for unpleasant odor, whereas others can promote attractive aromas.  Here’s a basic list of foods to hit or quit in order to arouse & attract…

Foods that make you smell & taste delightful:
Fruit: pineapple, apples, kiwi, cranberries, watermelon, grapes, & strawberries (in particular)
Vegetables: celery, greens, cucumber, mint
Yogurt
Water

Foods that make you smell & taste dreadful: (I must admit, this list may be rather disappointing)
Sugar
Meat (red in particular)
Fish
Garlic
Onions & Shallots
Asparagus
Alcohol
Coffee
Dairy

 If you are what you eat, I’m soon to be feeling saucy & tasting delicious!
