5-Min Morning Fuel
Ingredients:
1/2 organic papaya, seeded
*Be conscious of selecting a non-GMO variety (especially within Hawaii, GMO’s have become epidemic within the papaya community).
1/2 cup whole fat yogurt or kefir (I prefer goat’s milk)
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup unadulterated granola (I prefer Purely Elizabeth)
Sprinkle of hempseed or bee pollen
Here’s How:
1. Cut the papaya lengthwise in half
2. Gut the insides with a spoon
3. Fill with unflavored kefir or yogurt
4. Top with seasonal fruit and choice granola
5. Sprinkle with hempseed or bee pollen
6. Enjoy!
